GIANNIS LIBEROPOULOS
Chairman
Giannis is a third-generation attorney. He has graduated from the American Athens College, the University of Athens – degree of law and the University of Kent – LL.M.
Giannis is the founding partner and specializes in commercial law. He advises companies and high net worth individuals (Greek and foreigners) on a broad range of real estate and corporate law, as well as on international tax planning and structuring of legal entities.
His clients rely upon him for maximizing their return on any investment. He has a strong track record advising on real estate property acquisitions and transfers of any kind (residential, professional, logistics and hoteling) in Greece and he renders his specialist legal services to foreigners who wish to launch any kind of corporate, commercial and real estate business in Greece.
THOMAS ANDROUTSOPOULOS
Associate Partner
Thomas is an attorney-at-law and a registered mediator.
He graduated from the French University of Lille II and he was awarded the diploma of Maîtrise en Droit Public. He is specialised in Administrative Law (Public Services, Disciplinary, Urban and Environmental Law). Since 2001, he has been advising individuals in the Law of Contracts and Civil and Consumer Law, and legal entities in Administrative and Commercial Law. He litigates in the fields of his expertise in defence of his clients’ interests and to support their claims. Since 2016, he is a registered mediator and considers practices of alternative dispute resolution as equally valuable to conventional models of legal dispute resolution.
He speaks Greek, French and English. He is married and a proud father of two.
Paris Andreou
Associate Partner
Paris graduated from Lincoln University UK with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
He is also a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant and International Tax Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation UK.
Paris has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of International Tax, audit and business consultancy, including engagements for clients from
Greece, UK, Russia and Cyprus. Paris is a dedicated tax specialist. He possesses a solid understanding of international tax, double-tax treaties, VAT Directives and Trust legislation.
He also currently serves as an Executive and Non-Executive Board member in several regulated Funds and organisations in Cyprus.
He is also a nominated advisor (NOMAD) for firms listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange and holder of the advance license from the Cyprus and Exchange Commission.
Christina Bakalaki
Christina is a newly-qualified lawyer.
She graduated from the Law School of Athens (2018) and currently (academic year 2021 – 2022) she attends the LLM in General Civil Law (of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
As a trainee lawyer, her intense interest is focused on the field of the Civil Law and the transactions on real estate.
She speaks English (Proficiency) and German (C1).
